About KY International Academy
KY International Academy (KYI or KYIDemy for short) is an educational institution based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Our mission to bring high quality classes in various subjects, including English, to students from all over the world through online classes and tutoring. Our curriculum and materials follow standards and learning outcomes used in U.S. schools. Our approach to English language development is largely content-based. That is kids learn English through age-appropriate content.
The academy is based in the dynamic city of Pittsburgh. We use many resources that the city offers.

Steven and His Dad
Steven's dad: I find it amazing that my son, Steven, speaks English with English native speakers by no means of translation, like an English native speaker, which is largely due to KYI Demy's local teachers and local textbooks. Angelina and TOEFL
Angelina: I really learned a lot about the TOEFL examination from my online teacher Mr. Douglas from KYI Demy. Mr. Douglas knows the TOEFL exam very well. He helped me with my reading, speaking, listening and writing skills which I really appreciate. He was extremely helpful at creating an English-speaking environment for me. I speak English so much more often with this online class. In addition, have a foreigner teacher is an advantage for me to know more cultural, historical, and local knowledge of America, a country where I want to study in the future.
